Commercial Property Solicitor – This is a great opportunity with a leading national firm to join their highly regarded Liverpool commercial property practice. The Partners are looking to recruit roughly at around 1 PQE or more.

- Previous Experience: A commercial property solicitor with 1 PQE +. General commercial property experience including sales, disposals, landlord and tenant, licenses etc.
More about the role
Working closely with the firm’s other property teams based across Manchester, Leeds and London, you will work on a range of transactional work including:
- Major acquisitions and disposals for a variety of national and international clients
- Advising on investment property matters, both freehold and leasehold
- Acting for banks and other financial institutions
- Advising of day-to-day commercial property matters including title investigations
