If you wish to join a boutique West End based practice, who have a strong reputation in the Commercial Property and Secured lending field - this new position could be an ideal next move.
Based in a team who understand the complexity involved with a diverse real estate investment portfolio, you will be involved in a wide variety of landlord & tenant matters, from a break up of a multi-tenanted property to maximising the yield of a tenanted asset. You will be able to use your expertise to help manage the most complex of property transactions, be that indirect investment structures or working with complex regeneration schemes,
A passion for creating the best outcome for clients is a must for this firm, which always endeavours to achieve the desired results, professionally and efficiently.
To be considered :
- Qualified lawyer of 3 to 7 PQE
- Previous Commercial Real Estate experience
- Be able to demonstrate exposure to complex landlord and tenant issues
- Be able to demonstrate expposure to secured lending matters
