Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload, including landlord & tenant matters, sales and purchases of land, plot sales, transfers of equity, property finance and lease extensions
- Ability to provide a first class service to clients that include high net worth individuals, small to medium enterprises and large cooperation's
- Collaborate with a diverse team on various property-related tasks
About you:
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in UK private practice
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A growth mindset and eagerness to contribute to team goals
