Job Description
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a respected legal practice and are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Tamworth office.
Within this Commercial Property role, you will be working on behalf of and advising a wide client base. You will be running your own varied caseload on matters such as:
- Purchases and sales
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Lenders security
- Breaches of leases
- Mortgages
- Possession claims
- Deeds of easement
- Property compensation claims
The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have 3-5 years' PQE, is able to hit the ground running, is wanting to establish themselves for the long-term and is confident in their own ability.
