Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Handling a variety of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, leases, and property finance
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and agreements
- Working closely with the corporate and finance teams
- Maintaining a high level of client service and managing client expectations
- Participating in business development and networking activities to attract new clients
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
- Have excellent knowledge of commercial property law
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to support and manage a diverse caseload
- The capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
