The Role
In line with organic growth, this firm seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their top-tier team in Ipswich, Suffolk.
You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team on a high-quality caseload of matters, including but not limited to portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals.
The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the development process. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support.
The ideal candidate:
- You will be a 1-3 year PQE Solicitor with experience in commercial property law
- You will be highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome-orientated
- You will be confident in managing your own busy caseload of matters, with the ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
