This Top 200 practice in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 2-4 year PQE to join their highly-regarded team.

The role
They are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years of experience to join their leading Property team in Hampshire.
This practice also has a considerable presence within the Commercial Property area and handles very high-profile work.
In this role, the ideal candidate will deal with a full remit of a Commercial Property caseload including but not limited to:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Real estate finance
- Development
- Lease extensions
For go-getters the sky is the limit; the firm will provide distinctive training and give its staff the opportunity to grow within the practice organically.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor 2-4 years of PQE
- Previous experience with property matters
- Motivated and driven individual
- Meticulous attention to detail Strong experience in building client relationships
