- Support the Head of Department in building a varied commercial property practice.
- Handle a caseload of commercial property matters, with some high-grade residential work.
- Develop strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and business development skills.
- Engage in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm's services.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of legal and non-legal professionals.
- Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 years PQE)
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly.
- Keen business development and networking skills.
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
