Venari Legal are delighted to be working on an exciting Real Estate Role to join a successful team in Edinburgh.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable Commercial Property team, where you will work on high-quality, varied projects across Scotland and the UK. The team regularly advise developers, investors, lenders, public institutions, hospitality and retail clients, banks, landowners and a range of other businesses across Scotland and the UK.
You can expect to work on a range of transactions including:
- Acquisitions & Disposals : Advising on the purchase and sale of commercial properties, ensuring smooth and successful transactions for our clients.
- Investment & Development : Guiding clients through complex development projects, from planning and financing to construction and sale.
- Commercial Leasing and Asset Management : Managing leases and property portfolios for clients in various sectors, providing strategic advice to maximise value.
- Property Finance : Structuring and negotiating finance arrangements for commercial property transactions, working closely with lenders and borrowers.
Ideally you will have at least 1 year experience within a Commercial Property team however strong NQ’s will be considered with at least a full year as a trainee.
