A well established law firm with offices in Fareham Hampshire require a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team.
The Firm
A successful law firm with strong roots and a long history in providing affordable and effective legal advice to clients based in wiltshire. The Commercial department incorporates an established Commercial Property team acting for clients on all aspects Property such as business and asset disposal, landlord and tenant and leases.
The Role
As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will assist on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions including landlord and tenant, leases and investment properties whilst running a case load of commercial property transactions. The work will also include agricultural property and land.
The Candidate
This role would suit either a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive.
