Birdi & Co is a boutique law firm based in London but acting for clients nationwide. We are on the lookout for talented, ambitious and diligent individuals to join our team. We are a fast growing firm on the looking for a lawyer with strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and commercial property experience.

Role Responsibilities:
The candidate joining our team will work on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
- grant of new lease / lease renewals.
- commercial property aspects of corporate transactional work, including M&A transactions, company re-structuring and re-financing matters.
There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including:
- creating and maintaining client and referral relationships.
- launching online marketing campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 - 8+ PQE.
- excellent technical and project management skills.
- excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- able to use your initiative and solve problems independently.
- able to work effectively under pressure.
- be enthusiastic and flexible with a team approach to working.
- interested in entrepreneurship, marketing and business development initiatives.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary, a recognition bonus scheme and either office or flexible/remote working. Our main office space is based in Moorgate (not far from Moorgate and Liverpool Street Stations).
