As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your days will be filled with a diverse range of cases, keeping you intellectually engaged and professionally challenged. Your role will be pivotal in managing Real Estate finance matters, acting deftly on behalf of both lenders and borrowers. To thrive in this position, it is anticipated that you will bring a robust background in Real Estate law, demonstrating a capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Your experience should include:
- Real Estate finance, with a proven track record of representing lenders and borrowers with skill and acumen.
- A breadth of financing expertise, enabling you to cater to a diverse client base with precision and insight.
- Post Qualification experience that extends beyond your time as a qualified solicitor, potentially including prior roles as a Paralegal or Trainee within a Real Estate team.
