This role offers the chance to provide expert legal guidance on a broad range of commercial property matters while ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Delivering expert legal advice on various commercial property matters. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions. Advising on property acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management. Ensuring all transactions comply with current property laws and regulations. Liaising with external legal advisors, clients, and other stakeholders. Managing and mitigating legal risks associated with property transactions and operations. Assisting in resolving property disputes and handling litigation matters. Supporting the legal needs of various departments within the organisation. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this position will have: Minimum 3 years (PQE) in commercial property law. Comprehensive knowledge of property law, contracts, and real estate transactions. Proven experience in handling complex property transactions and negotiations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
