Firm
A leading, entrepreneurial City law firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them.
You will join a Legal 500 leading department led by Partners with extensive experience working on high value complex matters.
Role
You will join a team of 20 advising on high value matters advising high net worth clients, developers, investors and lenders. You will run your own caseload of matters including landlord & tenant work, negotiating leases, assignments and renewals, acquisitions and disposals, development work and property finance.
You
You will have at least 2 years PQE and experience in commercial property law is essential.
