My client is a highly regarded, dynamic and multi service Legal 500 law firm based in Reading. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Commercial & Technology Solicitor to join their top tier ranked department.
The specialist commercial team act on behalf of a range of clients across different sectors.
The caseload will include matters such as:
- Commercial ventures/partnering
- Confidentiality agreements/NDAs
- Franchising
- IP
- Sponsorship
- Consultancy agreements
- Copyright advice
- Data protection
- Trademarks
The role would suit a commercial lawyer, ideally with 1 year PQE and above. My client is open to applications from those currently undertaking a mixed corporate commercial role, albeit this position will be purely within commercial law.
