Throughout the UK the Group employs close to 500 including pharmacists, skilled technicians, HR, IT, procurement, warehouse, and customer services staff.

Due toour continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Commercial SupportAdministrator to our team.

Target Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Unlicensed Medicines team as a Commercial Support Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing data, conducting market research, and providing operational support. Your efforts will be essential in optimising processes, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse sales data and market trends using various data tools.
  • Develop and prepare reports for key stakeholders across the business, including Business Development Managers and the Directorate.
  • Regularly engage with customers, producing insightful reports and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as the Procurement team, to identify and capitalise on opportunities to further growth, revenue & profitability.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday. 09.00 - 18.00
