The Client:
Our client is a leading national commercial real estate consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. As a business, it works with investors, developers, and occupiers in both the public and private sector, and a service they particularly excel is in Valuations.
Advising numerous lenders including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies and challenger banks, they hold an extensive network and are now a market leader in valuation services for loan security purposes.
Working within this valuation team is diverse and rewarding, with your work having a direct impact on your client’s business. They have a national service line from where you can draw upon a wealth of experience and knowledge. An example of the services it provides include:
- Loan security; providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market, and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio.
- Alternatives: our alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation and taxation purposes.
- Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets.
- Diminution in value; providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing.
- Fund valuation: providing asset management companies and investment trusts with the detailed information they require about their property holdings.
This Opportunity:
Our client is currently looking for an MRICS Qualified and Registered Valuation Surveyor in its’ Southampton office, with experience in loan security work.
You will receive the chance to work with a vast array of different clients ranging from property developers and investors to large corporate businesses giving you a variety of interesting and exciting experiences.
