Job Purpose: Working in cooperation with multiple project stakeholders, you will be responsible for the commissioning of our equipment and the supervision of electrical installation in customers’ sites around the world. You will be the ambassador of our brand, as you will be the last technician remaining on the site during acceptance tests and production launch at our customers’ sites.
Experience: Experience of installing and commissioning value-added capital equipment in Food & Beverage, O&G, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
Skills: Knowledge of fault-finding and program changing on PLC (Rockwell – Siemens and others…) – HMI (Rockwell – Win CC). Good mechanical and electrical skills with a hands-on profile.
Qualities: Customer focus with excellent communication skills and a successful track record of developing customer relationships. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, work alone but still be part of a team, show cultural openness, work away from home base for extended periods of time, both in the UK and overseas - up to 75% travel around the world.
