This well established former Care Home has been given new life and seen considerable investment, now they need someone to open it. Part of an already established group who have a formula for success. You will be well supported in your role, they have forward thinking Directors who we have come to know personally and love. In recent months we have introduced to them an Operations Director who is both personable and incredibly diligent, he is already making an incredible difference and has been well received by the other Home Managers. Autonomy is still really important to them, they want their managers to feel comfortable in leading their teams as they see fit, after all this will be your home, your business. Is this job for me?
