This part-time hybrid role, offering 22.5 hours per week, ideally involves working every day with one full day a week in Cheltenham. Package:
- FTE Salary £26,000

The Role:
- Assisting the Program Director with community plan rollout and member onboarding
- Keeping the Virtual Campus Hub vibrant with exciting content and managing community interactions
- Providing tech support and handling special Golden Ticket Applications
- Creating marketing and communication strategies, crafting promotional materials, and managing social media
- Setting up and managing digital webinar platforms, editing videos for the on-demand library
About You:
- Experience in social media, creative design, and digital-savvy skills
- Strong writing abilities, with a willingness to learn video editing and email creation
- Community-centric mindset, proactive approach, and drive for continuous improvement
- Can-do attitude, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving abilities
