One of our customers, a global law firm is looking for a Communications Consultant with a legal background for a 6 months contract role in the UK. Job Title: Interim Communications Consultant Duration: 6 Months Work Schedule: 4-5 Days a Week Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interim Communications Consultant to join our customer for a 6-month period. The ideal candidate will possess experience working within law firms, and have a strong background in employee-focused communications. This role requires expertise in strategy creation, planning, delivery, and execution of communication initiatives, with a particular focus on navigating change. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to legal environments and employee needs. Plan, execute, and manage communication projects and campaigns effectively. Provide expert guidance on change management communication within a legal context. Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure both written and visual content is compelling and effective. Contract and liaise with design professionals to create high-quality visual presentations and materials. Requirements: Proven experience in legal communications, ideally within law firms. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute employee-focused communication strategies. Expertise in change management communication and legal sector nuances. Proficiency in contracting and working with designers for visual content. Strong presentation skills with an ability to produce impactful graphics and visuals. Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in communications, particularly in a legal setting. Proficient in strategic communication planning and execution. Ability to create engaging visual and written content. Excellent collaboration skills with design professionals.
