Youll be acting as a business partner, working closely with our internal senior stakeholders, our Airport People Director and People Partners to create and deliver innovative communication plans. Youll ensure there is consistent messaging both locally and across the Group, acting as conduit for the People team and the wider business on how to embed people interventions, new business processes and initiatives. Youll be bringing fresh ideas to the table, evaluating the effectiveness of current communication methods and developing new channels. What will make you successful in the role?Youll have proven skills in senior stakeholder management and youll be using your amazing organisational skills to manage multiple priorities at any one time, sometimes at short notice! Youll have vast experience in communication planning, internal campaign delivery, change communications and senior stakeholder management. We are continuously looking to improve what we are doing at MAG, so the ability to recommend and implement new approaches and think outside of the box will be highly beneficial. Youll also have experience of using communication tools (eg. mail management systems, intranet publishing), as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability influence at all levels. Asset creation and basic video editing skills are desirable too!
