Description :Hitachi Energy is offering an exciting role as a Communications Specialist. In this position, you will oversee the communication channels for Talent & Reward, ensuring alignment with the global communication strategy. You will work closely with the Talent & Reward team to transform learning concepts, training materials, and talent programs into clear, engaging, and impactful communications. Additionally, you will craft compelling content for the relevant communication channels to effectively promote the Talent & Reward offerings to the targeted audiences.​Responsibilities: Develop & deliver change and change communications, educating stakeholders as necessary on change impact and individual relevance & needsCoach and educate T&R leaders in effective communications to improve communication practices; promote communication training for leaders/managersOwn and manage relevant People Portal and HR intranet areas, ensuring a straightforward user experienceHost and moderate events - in person and virtuallyDevelop and standardize communication plans and approaches to support repetitive HR activities, such as Global Performance Management, Annual Salary Reviews, Annual Incentive PlansDevelop and implement strategic communication plans focused on designated Talent & Reward areas, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities as well as effective prioritizationReview and manage the relevant People Portal and HR intranet areas, collaborate effectively with HR and Digital Tools Communications team to ensure governance is followed to enable effective user experienceEffectively convey and help embed our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs (Diversity 360) and other initiatives (such as employer branding) to internal stakeholders – deploying the necessary support materials and using existing tools & channelsDrive the creation and management of communication materials, including training guides, learning resources, and talent development collateral, maintaining consistency in messaging and branding, compliant with brand and communication governance processesMeasure and analyse communication effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and engagement analytics, utilizing insights to continuously improve communication strategies and engagement levels.Background: Proven experience as communications specialist or similar environments. High level experience in copywriting and editing.Solid understanding of project management principles.Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset.Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant fields.
