Job Description

We're looking for a Communities Project Manager to join our team in London as part of our Content function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish best in class processes for the key initiatives communities are responsible for   including but not limited to Do.Better.Together and our startup program.
  • Managing the application portal and timelines for Do.Better.Together cohort applications
  • Liaising with local content teams across geographies, managing the application portal and   timelines for potential speakers submitting content under the Do.Better.Together brand.
  • Being the primary point of contact and communicator for internal stakeholders on all   Do.Better.Together deadlines and necessary action items from the respective teams.
  • Understand and disseminate the regional and cultural nuances across the Money20/20 shows   while being proactive to highlight areas of growth and opportunity, including diversity and   inclusion, to the wider content team.
  • Install a clear and pragmatic process, to ensure all data is captured and communications have   been established with our marketing team.
  • Contribute to the Do.Better.Together content strategy sessions, and then follow up to ensure   that the execution and timelines is in line.
  • Leverage internal and external data sources such as the voice of customer, insights and   analytics to fully understand our customers’ experience and how we use this to inform future   decisions.

Your Experience

  • Proven success in a project management or related role
  • Experience in putting together timelines and communicating changes in schedules to relevant stakeholders
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relations with a wide range of   internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects at various stages
  • Strategic approach to workload and the ability to prioritise efficiently whilst maintaining   accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a large team
