Research has found that barriers experienced due to religion, race, ethnicity, gender, disabilities and LGBTQI+ identity can impact usage and enjoyment in parks and green spaces. We want to encourage everyone to feel welcome in our parks, and over the next two years we will be working with various inclusion partners to create a long-lasting solution to reduce these inequalities. We are looking for enthusiastic, nature loving staff member to co-designed activities to increase participation and engagement in our parks.
