Job Description

The Vacancy Due to ongoing team growth and internal progression, we are looking for two new Community Response Officer’s to join our team on a fixed-term basis.This role will be working on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2025. You will be working as part of a team of multi-skilled staff, all of whom work together to deliver a high quality 24-hour service including - Concierge, CCTV, door entry, mobile patrols, visits to vulnerable tenants as well as an anti-social behaviour response.Your day to day duties will mainly consist of; Monitoring CCTV cameras and respond to incidents of crime and anti-social behaviour in accordance with procedures.Being expected to manage the concierge system and respond to all calls.Ensure you contact the relevant emergency services in emergency situations.Ensuring that faults with the CCTV/Concierge service to the maintenance contractor and/or Team Leader or Housing Manager are reported accordingly and accurately.In order to undertake this role, you will need the following key skills knowledge & experiences; Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licensed or willing to be trainedUnderstanding of issues in relation to crime, anti-social behaviour and the environment.Knowledge of CCTV and Concierge systemsGood working knowledge of IT systemsUnderstanding of the need for confidentiality.
