A specialist team of commercial law solicitors located in Essex but commutable from Herts and London are currently looking to add to their team.
1 x Associate Solicitor of 1 years + PQE and a Senior Associate Solicitor of 5 years + PQE is required.
The caseload will include:
- Handling a complex portfolio of clients and anticipate their specific needs
- Commercial contracts
- Joint ventures and collaborations
- Distributing and franchising
- Providing clients with high quality legal advice
- Contributing to the firm’s general marketing and participating in the firm’s marketing events

Candidates trained within an in-house company will be considered, however salary will be commensurate on private practice levels.
Joining a team of 2 partners, 2 associates a Trainee Solicitor and 2 paralegals you will be joining a team that takes great pleasure and pride in delivering a high-quality service to their clients.
Benefits to include -
- Salary in the region for a 1-4 years is in the region of £47,000 - £55,000 and from 5 years + £60,000 - £75,000 and is dependent on experience
