The firm are looking for a Corporate M & A Associate with 3 + years of post-qualification experience. The role is ideal for a seasoned corporate M & A Lawyer that is eager to join a growing practice.
The corporate team transacts across a wide of different sectors. Being a small firm and having an accountancy firm as part of their business means they are agile and have a strong pipeline of referral work.
The practice group are keen to scale so there will be the opportunity to actively contribute to growing out the practice group by taking a pivotal role in the firms BD strategy.
