    Asa Company Secretarial Administrator, you will be part of the “Legal Company Governance & Digitalisation” function in Statkraft’s Corporate Legal team where you will provide support to the entity management to Statkraft’s significant and growing legal entity portfolio. This role will be based in our London office and will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

    You will assist the Legal Company Governance & Digitalisation function in handling the day-to-day entity administration and support the statutory filing obligations for the UK and Irish legal entities.

    You will also help the global teams by supporting the collection and maintenance of group entity data from these teams on Diligent Entities, which is the central database for all Statkraft’s legal entities. You will be collaborating with the Tax, Finance, Business and Legal teams.

    In addition, you will provide various paralegal support to the UK Legal team.

    As a Company Secretarial Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:

    • Undertaking the administrative tasks of entity data collection and entry from all Statkraft jurisdictions for the update and maintenance of the “Diligent Entities” software
    • Assisting in undertaking statutory filings and approvals; including dealing with day-to-day requests on statutory reporting and filing
    • Providing any ad-hoc and ongoing administrative company governance assistance to the manager and the team
    • Ensuring strong working relationships, both within the team and important interfaces in Statkraft
    • As an administrator to the UK legal team you will be assisting the UK Legal team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, as and when needed.
      • University degree qualification or commenced qualification towards the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme or LLM in Corporate Governance/ Law/ Grad CG postgraduate qualifications
      • Experience as a Company Secretary or Company Secretarial Administrator/ Assistant
      • Experience in undertaking company secretarial filing with regulators
      • Strong organisation skills and a high level of attention-to-detail
      • A pro-active approach to problem solving
      • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and in a dynamic environment
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
