Heriot Brown is working with a listed Telecoms business looking for a Competition Lawyer to join their legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on competition law issues, regulatory consultations, market investigations, and M&A.
- Support litigation and lead on low-to-medium complexity matters, partnering with senior lawyers on complex cases.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team and work closely with Ofcom and other international regulators.
- Provide strategic legal advice on new products and services, helping to navigate compliance risks.
- Design and deliver training to business teams, developing best practices for competition and regulatory law.
Role requirements:
- 1-5 PQE - experience in Competition law, a seat in your training contract is fine!
- Interest in working in the telecoms sector.
