Job Description

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Nurse-led team to provide care to a young child in the Neston area, supporting him overnight whilst his family take time to sleep/rest. You will support him with personal care, suction, peg feeding, seizure management and keeping him comfortable overnight We have a full-time position available, working night shifts. Sun-Thurs hours are 9:30 pm-7:30am and Fridays and Saturdays 8pm-7am, you will be required to work some weekend nights on a rota basis.Whilst it is essential you have some experience of providing care to those with complex needs, we do provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme for the specific skills required, which is overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the nurse-led team.
