Person Specification Qualifications Essential Qualifications: NVQ level 3 related subjects NVQ level 4 related subjects Nursery nurse qualification or similar Diploma in relevant health / social subject Experience Essential Significant experience in a similar role which demonstrates commitment to mandatory training, attendance, and engagement. Previous care experience in a health, social care, or childcare setting. Experience of communicating highly complex or sensitive information and using skills to overcome barriers to understanding, such as, with non-verbal clients. Understanding of Information Governance, Data Protection, Care Certificate standards, and safeguarding vulnerable children and adults. Experience of working in both acute and community settings. Experience with working within Mental Health.
