Solicitor/Associate - Complex Property - Birmingham
Role Responsibility
Work diligently and proactively, handling a varied workload in accordance with insurer client requirements
Build strong, trusted relationships with insurer clients and colleagues
Demonstrate good financial management and housekeeping on own files
Support marketing and business development activities within the team (e.g. training/articles)
Maintain an awareness of the firm's core strategies and aims
The Ideal Candidate
A qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or barrister with at least six months' relevant litigation experience
Technically excellent with an aptitude for analysing difficult legal cases
Able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on a day to day basis, within the team's reporting and supervisory structure
Commercially and financially astute
Team-orientated, and willing to share knowledge and support other members of the team and the wider firm
Directly relevant experience (e.g. recovery, liability or policy/advisory work) is desirable, but not essential, provided the candidate is enthusiastic and willing to learn!
