The role: As a Compliance Lead, you’ll have responsibility for supporting our homes with immigration compliance. You will ensure the correct controls are always in place and raise any concerns to the Compliance Partner. You will have the ability to identify non-compliance trends and create solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and check daily reports to identify new starters with a 20-hour restriction.
  • Responsible for managing all changes to colleagues.
  • Track and monitor any future changes.
  • Check colleagues employed still on the Home Office Register of licensed sponsors and manage in line with Care UK policy.
  • Undertake audits on visa immigration categories.
  • Manage and update relevant smartsheets and internal system.
  • Work closely with Home Managers
  • Conduct regular reviews of current controls to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Generate relevant reports and analysis as and when requested.
  • Deliver training to homes on all sponsorship and right to work regulations as and when.
  • Update all policy documents in line with changes to the Home Office Employers guide to right to work checks and sponsorship changes.


What We're Looking For:

  • least 2 years’ experience working within compliance.
  • knowledge of ‘Right to Work’ in the UK
  • of short term/long term UK Visas
  • analytical skills
