Job Description
We have a challenging and exciting role for a customer-focused individual to join the West Lancashire Borough Council's Repairs and Servicing team. You will be a team player who will manage a small team and help us deliver a compliant repairs and voids service to our customers.
You will ensure that the requirements of all relevant legislation, regulation, and required guidance are adhered to and that best practice is implemented for heating, water, electrical, and lift safety in respect of residential homes owned by West Lancashire Borough Council.
You will be accountable for managing and developing the team responsible for ensuring landlord duties are met and building safety is maintained for heating, water, electrical, and lift safety.
