Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic Computer Science lessons to students across key stages 3-5, catering to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and inspired to participate and excel.
- Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate extracurricular sports activities, competitions, and events, enriching the overall student experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Computer Science.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring young people, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum requirements for Computer Science and experience in delivering high-quality lessons that meet these standards.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all learners.
