Responsibilities: Oversee the concierge desk operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Promptly answer incoming calls, providing assistance and information to guests with professionalism and courtesy. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with transporting luggage to their rooms, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. Responsively address guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, efficiently managing administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Offer personalised recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities, enhancing the guest experience with insider knowledge and insights. Arrange transportation services for guests, including taxi bookings, car rentals, and airport transfers, ensuring timely and hassle-free travel arrangement. Keep the concierge desk area clean, organised, and well-presented at all times, contributing to the overall ambiance and aesthetic appeal of the hotel lobby. Collaborate with other members of the hotel staff to provide seamless and cohesive service across departments, demonstrating a willingness to lend support and assistance whenever necessary.
