A leading global law firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join their business acceptance team. In this role, you’ll work with the team to investigate and resolve legal and commercial conflicts of interest.

For this role, you will need to have experience working in business acceptance conflicts at a law firm, and an interest in pursuing a specialised role in this area. You will need a good understanding of legal ethics rules. Experience using Intapp would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing new business intake requests and results of conflicts checks
- Conducting research on new client matters and clearing conflicts
- Coordinating the preparation of engagement letters, client waivers, and other documents
- Implementing required screens and firewalls
- Securing approval of new matters in accordance with guidelines
- Guiding the training and development of junior team members
- Assisting with and monitoring projects
