The Role
We are seeking an experienced ConnectWise Manage specialist to join our team. You will take ownership of ConnectWise, governing the system to ensure its proper use and adherence to best practice,providing advice and training where required. You will report directly into our Business Transformation Director and be responsible for our Business System Administrator.
Specifically, you will:
The role will be responsible for all aspects of business-as-usual administration and system change requests e.g. users, workflow creation/updating and security permissions, whilst ensuring the system is kept regularly patched and own any required upgrades.
You will stay abreast of new developments and API integrations that could enhance our use of the system and bring efficiencies to working processes across the group. You will own data quality and ensure the use of the system is standardised across all regional offices.
In addition to the above you will support our Integration teamwith the integration of the acquired businesses PSA (likely to be ConnectWise Manage or Datto Autotask) into the group ConnectWise instance.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Governance of the system to ensure proper use,and adherence to best practice, providing advice and training where required.
Management and completion ofbusiness-as-usual administration and systems change requests.
System patch management.
Identifying and owning any opportunities for improvementinitiatives.
Manage 3rd party integration (APIs) with other business tools.
Working alongside functional leaders to ensure system use is standardised across all regional offices.
Ownership of data quality, ensuring a regular cycle of audit and clean-up is undertaken.
Support the integration team with integrations of acquired businesses PSA systems into the group ConnectWise instance.
Creating and maintaining documentation for training, reference and support for ISO, SDI and other standards that the business will achieve.
Ensuring that any process changes are communicated across the business.
About You
To join us as a ConnectWise System Specialist, you will need:
Extensive experience of all attributes of ConnectWise MANAGE.
Thorough understanding of the setup tables, and the impact each have on business processes.
Solid understanding of the Product Catalogue, Categories/Subcategories, and the GL.
Experience managing the My Company structure, working with multiple business locations and including managing the deployment of Streamline services.
Solid understanding of the wider ConnectWise ecosystem and experience of integrating 3rd party apps via APIs
Ability to holistically look at data and work with key stakeholders to improve data quality and ensure adequate control measures are in place to maintain.
Extensive experience of building and maintaining Workflow Rules, aligned to best practises.
Solid understanding of the Quote to Invoice journey, touching on Sales, Projects, Service Tickets and Agreements.
Proven ability of Key stakeholder engagement and management.
Ability to work with virtual teams in multiple geographically diverse locations.
Proven ability to manage and mitigate risks related to ConnectWise MANAGE configuration and data management/manipulation.
Effective internal communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships.
Excellent troubleshooting and issue management skills.
Excellent customer service ethos.
