A brilliant opportunity for an experienced and ambitious construction solicitor to join a tier 1 and internationally recognised practice in their prestigious London offices.
The team is a highly reputable full-service construction law team providing transactional advice through to dispute avoidance and dispute resolution advice relating to large-scale construction and engineering projects in both the UK and internationally.
The core dispute avoidance and dispute resolution focus of the role include advising on all forms of dispute resolution (adjudication / arbitration / litigation / mediation / expert determination) and giving strategic advice to clients to ensure that their dispute is resolved.
The team are well established and due to their success have been identified as a key growth area for the firm, meaning exciting opportunities to progress with the team and budget and resource being focused around you.
The firm are looking for someone with 2+ PQE at Associate or Senior Associate level at another top firm in London, or working for a top tier firm regionally.
They can offer a genuine mix between top salaries, access to quality work, progression opportunities within a transparent structure and genuine WLB - attracting a number of lawyers from other top practices looking to obtain this mix.
