Assignments could sit within the firm itself (a leading international firm), or within the in house legal teams of their clients. Lawyers are likely to focus on contentious construction, non-contentious construction or a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
Successful lawyers are likely to be qualified in England & Wales and possess upwards of 4 years’ PQE gained in notable law firms, or in house legal teams.

Depending on client requirements, lawyers can expect to work remotely or on a hybrid basis, but should be based within England, Wales or Scotland.
These assignments are well suited to experienced construction lawyers who are looking to work on a fractional, consulting or contract basis in private practice or in house.
