Construction Lawyers should be able to demonstrate:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Upwards of 4 years’ PQE focusing on construction law matters, whether contentious, non-contentious, or a mix of the two
  • A broad range of construction law experience gained in private practice or busy in house legal teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to start a new role immediately or at short notice.

Depending on client requirements, lawyers can expect to work remotely or on a hybrid basis, but should be based within England, Wales or Scotland.
