ENG Bauen is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the Project Delivery Team of a global EPC, specialising in large-scale CAPEX projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities and Nuclear industries.
As the Construction Manager, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the timely delivery of a major project critical to the UK's national infrastructure. You will oversee construction activities, coordinate with site teams to ensure efficient project execution and collaborate closely with senior management whilst navigating a complex regulatory environment on a live site.
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in construction management within highly regulated sectors, possessing a comprehensive understanding of construction elements specific to oil & gas, petrochemical, and nuclear industries. This role offers the opportunity for global involvement and career progression within the energy and nuclear sectors.
The ideal person for the role:
- Experience in large-scale construction in the Oil, Gas, Chemical, Nuclear and Utilities sectors
- A degree or equivalent in relevant engineering or construction management (Civil Engineering is preferred)
- Relevant field experience in a construction management position is required.
- Must have held lead construction roles in capital projects greater than £30 M and successfully delivered projects as a Construction Manager.
- Minimum of 10 years experience associated with Project Management or Construction Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
