Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, including subcontractors and site personnel.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Black CSCS card.
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid training.
- Proven experience in managing high-end residential and commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
