Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, including subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Black CSCS card.
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • First Aid training.
  • Proven experience in managing high-end residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
