<div><p>A friendly, trendy, and growing project management consultancy in Central London is seeking a Project Director to join their team. The consultancy specializes in projects related to retail and F&B, and has an ever-growing list of amazing clients. The company is studio-based and requires a Project Director with a solid track record of managing and delivering retail and F&B projects. As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering multiple complex projects across their full life cycle. Success in this role will depend on your ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, and senior leaders in the business. This full-time role offers the chance to join a dynamic team based in the Central London studio. The position requires the candidate to be in the studio five days a week, including site visits.</p><h3>Requirements:</h3><ol><li><b>Strong work ethic and self-starter with a problem-solving attitude</b></li><li><b>Super organized and diligent individual</b></li><li><b>Experience in contractor/client-side contracts and project management within retail, leisure, or hospitality</b></li><li><b>Proven track record in delivering high-end retail interior fit-outs across the UK</b></li><li><b>Solid understanding of construction safety requirements and H&S legislation</b></li><li><b>Ability to build strong client relations</b></li><li><b>Advanced Excel skills, including using formulas and developing spreadsheets</b></li><li><b>Health & safety trained, with site-based certificates desirable (CSCS/SMSTS)</b></li></ol><p><b>Salary:</b>£70,000 to £85,000 (dependent on experience)</p></div>
