Construction Project Manager - Gloucestershire
The Company:
Thatcher Associates is working exclusively with a dynamic, progressive and innovative construction company that specialises in the delivery of high technology, mission critical projects.
The Role:
The company wants to expand its project management team with the appointment of a Project Manager. Overseeing projects from inception to handover, responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the clients brief
- Developing and maintaining the master programme
- Managing an inhouse design team, ensuring the clients requirements are met
- Overseeing cost managers, ensuring the scheme stays within budget
- Monitoring the construction of modular panels within a factory environment
- Overseeing the delivery of projects on site through a high performing site management team.
This role is office based in Gloucestershire and will require regular trips to the companies manufacturing facility and their construction sites.
About You
We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and confident Project Manager, who has experience of working in a collaborative and non-adversarial environment. You'll need to be technically competent, willing to learn and able to use your communication and influencing skills to engage with clients, inhouse design teams, production teams and delivery teams on site, ensuring the completed project is delivered safely, within budget and to an exceptional standard of quality.
