Construction Project Manager - London We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager for a global owner operator, to lead the execution of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in London. This is a key role within a dynamic delivery team, responsible for managing a portfolio of capital expansion and new build projects. As part of the project management team, you’ll oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, driving project success and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage large capital expansion and new build projects in London. Mitigate risks and lead both internal and external project teams. Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Administer contracts, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Produce high-quality reports, manage project meetings, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Lead procurement stages, ensuring contractors deliver as per agreed scope and program. Monitor construction quality, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in the data center sector. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, best practices, and modern construction techniques. Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical services, BMS, and security systems. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage scope, cost, time, quality, and risk. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
