Job Title: Construction Site Delivery Manager
Location: UK
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (bonus)

Overview:
My EV Charging client is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee construction projects throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction engineering, design, construction management, and health and safety compliance. You will be responsible for managing high-value design and build contracts, coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades, scheduling, conducting routine meetings and site inductions, managing health and safety files, and ensuring quality assurance, all while adhering to CDM regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage design and build contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors across various trades, ensuring their work meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine meetings with project teams to discuss progress, issues, and solutions.
- Conduct site inductions for all workers and visitors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage health and safety files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM regulations.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, subcontractors, local authorities, clients, and direct labour to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in construction site management, with a focus on design and build contracts.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, including CDM regulations.
- Accredited with certificates in SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid, Fire Safety, and CSCS Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in pre-construction reports and construction specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- EV Charging/Utilities background would be ideal.
- Knowledge of HV/LV/HVAC/Feeder Pillars/Cabling
- Travel throughout the UK & Home working
