Construction Solicitor – Chelmsford Associate with experience in Construction/Property/Real EstateOur client is a leading regional Legal 500 law firm who are seeking to recruit a Construction Solicitor with c. 2-8PQE to join their team in Chelmsford.
The team draft and negotiate construction documentation including contracts and sub-contracts, collateral warranties, professional appointments and other ancillary documents. They routinely advise on various standard forms such as JCT and NEC, but also specialise in bespoke documentation for projects locally, nationally and internationally. Their clients typically include contractors, developers, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
You will need to have 2+ years’ PQE in construction law, ideally non-contentious.
