Our client is a leading UK law firm who are seeking a junior-mid level non-contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ-6) to join their busy team in Glasgow.
The team specialise in providing advice on all aspects of non-contentious construction law from procurement to competition for their developer, investor, funder, contractors or public authority clients across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, hotels, leisure, retail and student accommodation.
You will be advising on, drafting and negotiating standard forms of construction contracts such as NEC, JCT etc, as well as bespoke contracts, warranties, appointments and other associated documents, as well as performing due diligence on real estate and corporate transactions.
To be considered for this role you will need to have gained Construction law experience in your training contract or as post qualification experience.
This is an exciting role to join a successful team that has won some excellent work within the local and national market and is currently in growth mode.
