A global, listedconsultancy based in Central London is currently seeking a Consultantto join their established and growing team.
This is a clientfacing role that role will partner with reputable, FTSE listedcompanies as well as a significant number of private companies toconsult and advise on executive compensation.
Responsibilities include:
- Finance and dataanalytics - working with colleagues on databases to undertakebenchmarking of pay levels and use of systems to conduct financialanalysis.
- Financial modelling and costing pay proposals.
- Interpretation of data analysis to inform conclusions.
- Supervising Junior Analysts in data collection and analysis.
- Draft reports around benchmarking review and incentivedesign.
- Preparing presentations to present to seniorleadership, partners and clients.
- Preparing tender documentsand attending pitches
- Interacting with clients to discussreports and collect data and insights.
- Client meetingattendance as standard
- Ad hoc reporting, and competitor andmarket analysis
The is a great opportunityfor an ACA qualified candidate – who has train in audit, corporatefinance, or consultancy related roles. Candidates will need to beflexible and quick to learn, with strong Excels skills and experienceor writing reports. You must have strong interpersonal skills with theability to communicate well with senior stakeholders, and a basicunderstanding of executive remuneration would be beneficial.
